Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WireTheVoid’s website and services at wirethevoid.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By using any part of the Service that accesses, uses, or interacts with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Description of the Service

WireTheVoid is a creator publishing tool that helps you connect your YouTube channel, list and manage your existing videos (metadata, privacy, delete) from the Videos page; optionally update your channel description and keywords from the Channel page when you click Save, view a read-only YouTube Analytics summary on the Analytics page, upload videos you select with metadata you provide, and see a list of recent uploads you made from this app in the current browser. The Service does not schedule posts, bulk-upload in the background, or moderate comments. We do not use the broad YouTube account scope for features we do not expose in the product (for example playlists or deleting videos); those actions are not available in this app.

Optional site access

We may enable an additional password (“team sign-in”) before you can use certain parts of the website. That layer is operated by us for access control only; it does not replace Google’s OAuth consent for YouTube. If enabled, anyone who has both that password and a Google account could connect a different channel than you—treat the password like a shared key to the app, not proof of identity.

Account connection

To use uploads, the Channel page, and the Analytics page, you connect your Google account through Google’s authorization flow and grant the scopes shown on the consent screen. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity on your channel. You may disconnect using Disconnect YouTube or Sign out in the app and may revoke the app in your Google Account settings; see our Privacy Policy and Compliance & data use for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or distribute unlawful or infringing content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, other users, or Google’s or YouTube’s platforms
• Misrepresent your identity or mislead others about the origin of content you publish
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law

Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you upload. You are solely responsible for the videos and metadata you publish. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use that content. We may remove or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable policies are violated.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google and YouTube. Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s and YouTube’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRETHEVOID AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WireTheVoid and its affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
